We want you to love your beauty routine, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original box or any sturdy mailing container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
